Magic is Everywhere

Did you know that on planet earth you can earn money hitting a ball with a stick?

Yes, its true and not just any sum of money. Just recently a little human being named Tiger got paid over a billion US dollars to travel the globe and hit a ball around for a few years.

What makes this fact even more amazing is that the fewer times he hit the ball the more he got paid!!!

Magical isn't it, the less you do, the more you get paid.

Some people dedicate their lives to upliftment and betterment. Maybe they don't get hundreds of millions of dollars for their efforts, but most of what is magical in life cannot be measured in financial terms.

Value yourself, value what you do.

Little Tuesday Q&A - Who built the Pyramids?

The Little Sage is back to answer another question on

Little Tuesday Q&A
big questions for a little planet

Today's question is:
What 's up with the Pyramids?

The Little Sage: For thousands of years people have been asking this little question, and they will still be asking it for years to come..

Who built the pyramids?

When were the pyramids built?

How were the pyramids built?

I could give you a thousand different answers, but I am rather going to give you the Truth...

The truth is that nobody actually knows. The technology that built the Great Pyramid on Giza Plateau in Cairo, Egypt is no longer on the planet. It is a lost technology that has escaped the memory of mankind.

Instead if focusing on what we don't know, lets look at what we do know. What we do know is that human beings were around when the pyramids were built. What we do know is that an incredibly advanced technology was used; a technology which none can replicate and the great pyramid is a feat which few, if any engineers currently on the planet can reproduce.

The mind finds itself perplexed, but if you look at this marvel with your heart you will see that magic is every where...

With your heart you will see that we human beings, way in the past, were doing things that were unimaginably amazing. We are incredible - just look at the pyramids...

So, in conclusion I would like to suggest that next time someone asks "How were the pyramids built?" you can tell them that that is the wrong question. The real question is "How awesome are human beings, how amazing is our planet?" and as we all know, we are amazingly amazing!!!!!!

The Little Traveler's Mind Altering Interview

This morning our special guest for the Sunday Interview on the ever popular Little Human Being Blog is:

The Little Traveler

Little Human Being - LHB: Good morning and welcome to the LHB studios.

The Little Traveler - TLT: Thank you.

LHB: Little Traveler, your biography has been turned into an amazing short story. What is the name of this little book?

TLT: The Little Traveler and the edge of the world

LHB: Where does it start?

TLT: I was just a normal little girl, just like any little girl anywhere on the planet. One day I realized that I was not perfectly happy. Something was missing in my life and I did not know what it was.

LHB: Did you, at the time, own an iPad?

TLT: I did.

LHB: Did you, at the time, own an iPhone?

TLT: I did.

LHB: Did you, have a kitten and a boyfriend?

TLT: (head nodding...)

LHB: Imagine that! Having all a girl could dream of and still not being satisfied...
What happened next?

TLT: I made a promise to myself. I vowed to travel to the edge of the world and back to find what was missing in my life.

LHB: Where did you go?

TLT: Everywhere. I searched over mountains and into valleys. I crossed continents and oceans. I searched everywhere.

LHB: What did you find?

TLT: Many amazing things, but not that which I was looking for.

LHB: So then, why did you return home?

TLT: On my travels I uncovered something within myself. Something beautiful. Something tender, loving and amazing.

LHB: This was the point when you realized that what you were looking for lay within yourself?

TLT: Yip

LHB: What advise do you have for those little human beings out there who feel something is missing?

TLT: If you feel something is amiss, you are probably right. It is important to remember that this feeling of emptiness is not a curse, but a gift. It means that you are already on your own personal journey to Self-discover. You are the magic you seek in the world - it is already within you.

LHB: Are you saying that the love we seek in the world is the love that is dormant within ourselves?

TLT: This is the way it has always been and shall forever be.

LHB: Great, I feel so inspired... I think I am ready to journey to the edge of the world.

TLT: And best of all, you need not even walkout of your front door...

LHB: smiles...

TLT: smiles...

LHB: Little Traveler, on behalf of Little Human Being and our thousands of readers worldwide I would like to thank you for sharing your geographical explorations with us today.

TLT: Thank you

Join us next week Sunday for another mind altering interview.

Friday's Monsterous Encounter - The Little Tickle Monster

Some monsters are naughty, some scary, other monsters are inconvenient and then there are those little monsters that simply cannot be classified.

This week we encounter just such a monster...

The Little Tickling Monster is a hexo-armed abomination designed to do one and only one thing, to tickle. Happy vibrant orange coloration, 6 super-ticklish hands and a big smile, the Tickling Monster is responsible for each and every act of tickling that takes place on the lower 3 dimensions of incarnation.

As we all know tickling makes you laugh, but hidden behind this external display of happiness is an experience of inner torment and squirming.

Earthworms are meant to squirm, but when the Tickling Monster is around no little human being is safe.
As usual, here on the Little Human Being Blog we do not just sit and point out the problems, but also dispense practical advise for dealing with monsters.

There are only 4 things you can do if you find yourself set-upon by the Tickling Monster.
  1. Scream - man or woman, young or old,  this is one of those situations where screaming always helps. (If you find yourself laughing too much and cannot breath skip step one and move on to points 2 to 4.)
  2. Squirm - if you can try and squash or disable one of the tickling hands.
  3. Run - far and fast
  4. This, the 4th step was developed by the KGB late in the cold war -the tickle back - it seems so obvious that few ever use this defense. If you find yourself being tickled by any monsterous being simply tickle them in return, trying to tickle harder and more ticklish-er. The horrendous experience of being tickled back will cause the Tickling Monster to turn and flee...

Sometimes the best defense against love and laughter is happier, bigger love and laughter.

With the truth at your side no little monster stands a chance.

The Mountain of Truth

If you take the time to look at all the big words in the dictionary you will soon see that Truth is quite a little word. Do not let its small stature fool you. As we have learnt in life - appearances can be deceiving.

Truth is like a rock. Invite it into your life and you can stand on this rock. The rock of Truth will give you stability and strength in everything you do.

What many people have forgotten is that Truth is alive... Yes, if you invite Truth into your life you will find that it grows. Slowly at first, but over time you will find that the rock on which you stand has become a mountain.
The Mountain of  Truth is waiting for you...

Little Tuesday Q&A - What are cetaceans?

The Little Sage is back to answer another question on Little Tuesday Q&A.

Today's question is: What are cetaceans?

If you look in a dictionary you will find a very complicated Latin meaning behind the word cetacean. But read all ye may, you will not uncover the secret micro-wisdom behind this word.
For me cetacean means friend. Cetacean refers to our sea loving brothers and sisters the whales, dolphins and porpoises.

Whales, the peaceful planetary wisdom keepers, are cetaceans.
Dolphins and porpoises, our playful fun loving friends, are cetaceans.

If you venture far enough you can swim with or encounter whales and dolphins in our great oceans.

If you sit quiet and still you can encounter our cetacean friends in deep meditation.

Whales and dolphins are our friends. Let us care for them, let us honour them...

Sunday Interview with Reine Ackermann

This morning our special guest for the Sunday Interview on the ever popular Little Human Being Blog is:

Reine Ackermann

Little Human Being - LHB: Good morning and welcome to the LHB studios.

Reine Ackermann - RA: Cheers

LHB: About 6 weeks ago you started a blog called Little Human Being. What was your inspiration?

RA: I am in the process of  setting up a site for Little Human Being and the blog is simply a fun outlet for my illustrations and creative writing. By posting on the blog daily I add a bit of structure to my life.

LHB: What is your process? How do you come up with each days post?

RA: I wake up in the morning and then try and sneak out of bed before my wife wakes up and face the most important choice of the day; to draw or to write. Either I sit down with my 0.1mm black liner, watercolour pencils and paint brush to find a new little picture, or I open up the Little Human Being Blog and wait for a post to happen. If I have a post I create a picture for it. If I have a picture I write something that feels right, below it.

LHB: What is all the LITTLE in your posts?

RA: We live in a world where bigger and more are better. I aim to remind people that there is power in the LITTLE. True power comes from within, but we give it away mostly through ignorance.

LHB: A common theme in many of your posts is MICRO-WISDOM. What is micro-wisdom?

RA: If wisdom is the domain of great poets, leaders and philosophers then micro-wisdom is the wisdom that can be found in every single little human being. When a friend needs help or a family member asks advice any human being can access and share the micro-wisdom present in his or her heart. Every human being has access to micro-wisdom any time they desire.

LHB: Are you aware of all the international media hype surrounding Little Human Being?

RA: I do not own a television, so I miss a lot of the international news.

LHB: Your illustrating skill shave been likened to those of Leonardo DiCaprio. How do you feel about this?

RA: Leonardo who?

LHB: You know, the famous 14th century Renaissance man. He was an inventor, painter, sculptor and writer.

RA: I must admit that this great honour has eluded me.

LHB: Everybody knows about your extensive travels. From the Himalayas to far corners of the Amazon Jungle. Why not get a job and embrace the white picket fence that awaits everybody?

RA: I feel I lack the patience.

LHB: Is it true that you have been bitten by a crocodile?

RA: Yes

LHB: Is it true that you have been bitten by a piranha?

RA: Yes

LHB: Is it true that you have encountered many a great white shark while diving? (without a cage)

RA: Yes

LHB: You seem to embrace the wilder side of life. Looking at the planet today we see tsunamis, earthquakes, flooding and super storms. What is your take on the earth changes that we are living through?

RA: I am no meteorologist, I am no seismologist, but I do know that change is is the air. People all over our planet can see it. People all over our planet can feel it. Change is is the air an I believe that this is only the beginning.

LHB: Looking at the peoples of the planet we see an interesting new trend in some of the Arab countries. In Egypt, Yemen, Tunisia and Libya amongst others, we see the common people rising united in revolt. Any ideas to share?

RA: I see this as a sign to leaders everywhere. People are most willing to follow submissively and they do not ask for much, but we are seeing a new trend where human beings have declared themselves worthy of freedom, truth and fairness.

LHB: Planet changing and people in up-rise. Is this normal?

RA: Definitely not. We are living in very special times. Change is in the air...

LHB: Looking at the world we see very little that has changed in the past few decades. The world's economic systems are falling apart, so where is it that you see this positive change?

RA: I see the internet as a physical manifestation of humanity's growing connectedness, our ever increasing unity. The internet provides access to any information, it knows no boundaries, no limitations, no discrimination.

LHB: What do you do when you are not blogging?

RA: I call the oceans home. I like to surf and dive as much as possible. When on land I enjoy spending time with plants. I have a great selection of medicinal and culinary herbs and enjoy growing anything edible. The concept that all our food comes neatly packaged and barcoded is rather strange to me.

LHB: Finally, where do you see Little Human Being going over the next 6 to 9 months?

RA: I plan to get the pictures neater - a few minutes on photoshop and they look a lot better and more standardized. Video's on YouTube are another fun project that will launch soon.

LHB: We wish you all the best for future projects and on behalf of Little Human Being Blog I would like to thank you for sharing your time and adventures with us.

RA: :)

Friday's Monsterous Encounter - The Litttle Monster of Self -pity

This week on Friday's Monsterous Encounter we do battle with the Little Monster of Self-pity.

The Little Monster of Self-pity is a very sad monster indeed. Spineless and weak the Little Self-pity Monster revels in the personal troubles and problems of the person it latches onto. Even if there are no real problems in its victim's life, the Little Monster of Self-pity will create woe and unhappiness in the mind.

The Little Monster of Self-pity convinces its victim of the injustice in the world and is very good at showing any person where life has been unfair.

As with any little monster, there is always a knight in shining armor willing to come and save the day. Today we have chosen the power of change to assist us in our conquest of this villainous villain. If you look honestly into your life and you find that the Little Self-pity Monster has made its way into your reality, know that it is time for CHANGE.

Change is a wonderful ally. Change knows no limitations. Change can operate between worlds, it brings newness into you life, it can bring newness into your thoughts and it can even bring newness into your emotional state - all you have to do is welcome change into your world.

If you take a closer look at the Self-pity Monster you will see that the first thing it removes in your life is courage. As you let change remove the objects that feed the little monster, make sure that you arm your self with courage.

Courage will carry you through the tough changes all the way to the newness you deserve. Remember that even if you cannot change a situation you can change your thoughts about it, or the way you react to it.

Find your courage and use it to carry change into your world. As the wave of courage and newness grows it will surely bring pride and joy into your life...

With the truth at your side no little monster stands a chance.

Dangerous Little Bikers

Have you every seen one of those dangerous bikers? Black leather, shades and making his way through traffic on an iron and chrome steed that shows absolutely no respect for the noise tolerances laid down by the law.

It is a little known fact that bikers are actually very friendly, cuddly, little human beings. They like to smile, laugh and have fun just like anyone else. Bikers are free spirited beings who chase freedom across the rainbow.

Bikers usually have very big hearts. They just wear black and cover themselves in tattoos so that people with fear in their eyes will leave them alone.

Next time you see a dangerous looking biker, give him a big smile and I bet he will give you an even bigger smile back.

Magic is Everywhere

Did you know that mushrooms are magical?

When we see a mushroom we think it is like a little plant with a cap. The mushroom you see above ground is actually the fruit of a special life form that can grow for kilometers below the ground.

Mushroom spores have such a high electron density that they can survive in outer space - yes, little mushrooms that everyone likes to eat can populate intergalactically.

Yes, Magic is everywhere

Little Tuesday Q&A - What is the Universe?

Thus far on Little Human Being we have 2 weekly fixtures. The first is Friday's Monsterous Encounter and the second is Sunday's Mind Altering Interview.

As a third fixture we are proud to present Little Tuesday Q&A.

The Little Sage has agreed to answer at least one little question every week (on a Tuesday). If you have any question you would like answered simply post in in the comments section below or you can post it on the wall of the Little Human Being Group on Facebook.

To start off Little Tuesday Q&A with a "BANG" we have decided to ask the Little Sage the biggest question we could find...

What is the Universe?

As we all know, the Universe is an instantaneous explosion trapped in time.

To a small mind the universe is a pretty big place. To an open mind the Universe is simply a tiny flash of light existing in the heart's domain.

All the planets, stars solar systems and galaxies are created by your mind. This collection of heavenly bodies is bigger than your mind could ever comprehend.

If you decide to view the universe from the perspective of the heart you will find that this great creation is only a little sparkle of magic that exists within your very own heart.

Some think that our outer reality is vast and amazing, but the truth is that it pales in comparison to the beauty that is to be found within each and every human being.

So next time you look up that the stars as they sparkle their magic over the world, remember that each and every one of them exists within your heart.

Rainbow of Hope

Almost 2 decades ago a terrorist was released from jail in South Africa. With peace and reconciliation in his heart this old man took a nation from the brink of civil war and gave it a new destiny.

Nelson Mandela took the divided peoples of South Africa and gave us the only gift that could unite.

Nelson Mandela gave us hope.

Inside each and every little human being is a space that resonates with peace. When presented with the opportunity, all human beings embrace this peace.

There are many things that humanity has forgotten over the past century. There are many things that we have found, but one thing that we still seem to miss as a global culture is hope.

Hope is like love, it bubbles up from within.

Hope is like excitement, but it is far subtler and more powerful.

Hope can carry a person across any desert; hope is like a wave, the longer it exists the more power it builds.

Here in South Africa hope can be seen across the land. Hope is carried by the people, and it is this hope that manifests itself as the beauty and positive change that feeds our little rainbow nation.

If you are reading this from a far corner of our planet, it is a sign that hope has found you today. In South Africa we let hope uncover the peace, acceptance and smiles that unite us.

Let it be known that this hope is spreading across our little planet. Soon the time will come when one little rainbow nation’s hope will spread across the globe and united all human beings. The time has come for us to unite as a multiracial, multicultural rainbow of peace, harmony and happiness.

Let it be know that hope is on the way…

Let it be known that hope is here to stay…

The Little Mountain Climber Interview

This morning our special guest for the Sunday Interview on the ever popular Little Human Being Blog is:

The Little Mountain Climber

Little Human Being - LHB: Good morning and welcome to the LHB studios.

The Little Mountain Climber - TLMC: Thanks.

LHB: So, what amazing talent or story do you bring to our interview today.

TLMC: Huh?

LHB: Have any great little stories been written about you?

TLMC: None that I know of.

LHB: What do you do for a living?

TLMC: I work at the mall in a sports shop.

LHB: So, what are you doing on the Sunday Interview? These interviews are reserved for great, amazing people like the Little Sage or those Birds of Wisdom and Happiness.

TLMC: I am just a normal guy.

LHB: Let me check with my supervisor. (Door creaking open, door slams loudly)

5 minutes later

LHB: (Door creaking open, door closes quietly) It seems that you, in your spare time, are a mountain climber and it is this talent that has brought you here today. Have you climbed any of the world's great peaks?

TLMC: No, my enjoyment of climbing is much more simple than that. When I have time I like to go with my friends and climb around on rocks.

LHB: What was your best day climbing?

TLMC: Any day out in a nature testing myself against the elements is a good day.

LHB: Why do you climb mountains? Why not just take photographs of them?

TLMC: For me each and every rock face represents a challenge. Some obstacles are easy to overcome, some take practice and perseverance, and then there are those that are impossible. As I embrace the challenge that a climb presents I uncover new aspects of myself. A photograph would not give me the same experience.

LHB: What has climbing taught you?

TLMC: I have learned to know myself better. Sometimes I get scared, sometimes I lose hope, but ultimately the outcome is up to me. Some climbs are too difficult for me, but I climb around them or I find a different route. Where there is a will there is always a way.

LHB: What about the dangers? Are you a fearless climber?

TLMC: Rock climbing is not dangerous, it's gravity that causes all the problems. When we climb we are always aware of the danger and then we take the necessary precautions. Fear is a natural response and it should never stop you from attaining your dreams.

LHB: Have you ever fallen?

TLMC: Many times, but with a rope and proper protection, falling is not a problem. All you do is gather your strength, get back on the rock and continue upwards.

LHB: So, by facing big challenges and overcoming your fears you have learned about yourself. Has this helped you in normal day to day life?

TLMC: Life is filled with challenges. Every day we encounter challenges, problems and opportunities for growth and learning. Just like the mountains I conquer, life's challenges can be overcome. With time we become better, with practice stronger and over the years wisdom comes to all.

LHB: I conclusion: Each and every one of us will at some time or another encounter a mountain (or 2) as we walk along life's winding road. Fear may be there, sometimes you fall and at times the obstacles before you may seem impossible to overcome, but today a little mountain climber has come to remind us that there is always a way to the summit.

TLMC:   :)

LHB: Mr Little Mountain Climber on behalf of Little Human Being and our thousands of readers worldwide I would like to thank you for sharing your geographical excursions with us today.

TLMC: Thanks

Grow Your Own

There was a time hundreds of years ago when food did not come from a tin. There was a time not so long ago that human beings were nourished not by supermarkets or superfoods, but by their relationship with nature.
Little human beings just like you used to grow their own food. Little human beings used to venture forth into nature and nature would provide the necessary nutrition and nourishment.
While you may still have to venture forth for a good cappuccino, you can grow amazing vegetables, fruits and herbs in your own back yard. While good dark chocolate may only be found at the corner store, you can grow berries, beans and chilies right at home. And for those whose access to mother nature is granted only by a window on the 27th floor of a building, a seed sprouter is all you need to get yourself started.
There is something that happens deep within when you eat food that you have grown yourself. It tastes different, it feels different and it nourishes more than just your body.

This is an invitation to nourish yourself on every level...

Friday's Monsterous Encounter - The Little Monster of Regret

This Friday we encounter the Little Monster of Regret.

Notice the sad woeful expression - The Little Regret Monster is always sad.
Notice the strained eyes always focused on the past. Notice the ghost-like form of a monster that can follow a man no matter where he runs, no matter where he tries to hide. Notice those venomous fangs. With time the Little Regret Monster can poison the destiny of even the most beautiful being.

It is evident that we are dealing with a well adapted monster. Thousands of years of evolution have honed this little critter into quite the adversary.

Despite its arsenal of venom and woefulness the Little Regret Monster can be conquered.
Regret always lives in the past. As soon as you begin to live your life in the present moment the Little Regret Monster loses all its power.

Regret poisons you slowly, but there is an antidote to this venom. If you suspect that the Little Regret Monster has bitten you, you can do the following:
Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
Search through your memories of the past.
Find if there are any memories that have been poisoned my the Little Regret Monster.
If you find a poisoned memory take time to view it honestly and completely.
Once viewed take a healthy serving of forgiveness and apply it to the memory.

Forgiveness of Self is an amazingly powerful ally. As you apply it to your past it allows you to bring your energy into the present.

As you bring your consciousness into the present moment you will find that your passion for life grows and your future unfolds magically before you.

Find the forgiveness and the passion in your heart, let them grow, and then let them overflow into your life...

With the truth at your side no little monster stands a chance.

The Little Pixie Story

Once upon a time in a land far far and away there lived a little pixie.

The little pixie found life to be mundane and rather sad. One day he decided it was time for a change and so he went forth to look for happiness.
The little pixie looked behind the bushes. He climbed trees and even searched around a little pond looking for happiness, but happiness could not be found.

Sill searching he met a wise old sage. “Hello Mr W O Sage. Do you know where I can find happiness?” the little pixie enquired.

“Happiness comes from within.” Came the reply.

And so the little pixie continued looking for happiness, but changed his approach. This time he looked inside the bushes. He climbed into the pond and searched inside. He even found an old hollow tree and searched inside it. But happiness remained ever elusive.

Then the little pixie found a beautiful little girl meditating in a field.

“Ohm, excuse me Miss B L Girl, I am looking for happiness. Do you know where I can find it?” asked the little pixie.

“Easy, all you need to do is be open and receptive.” She replied.

The little pixie went home opened all the doors and windows in his house. He took the lids off all the jars in the kitchen and even kept his mouth open (and receptive) as much as possible.

This may come as a surprise to some, but despite all his new found openness and receptivity the little pixie came no closer to finding happiness. Despite all his searching within, happiness remained hidden.

The next day, mouth wide open, the little pixie continued his search.

Walking down the road the little pixie came across a big man with a big grin, polishing his big red sports car in front of a big house.

“Hello Mr B G Man, do you know where I can find happiness?” asked the little pixie.

“Money makes me happy” came his reply.

The little pixie headed home and spent the next 3 days gathering money. He had mountains of it. There was money in the kitchen, there was money in the garden, the bath was filled with money and the entire the lounge was filled with money. Everywhere he looked, all the little pixie could see was money, money, money.

Pixies are quite cleaver little things, but sometimes they just get it wrong.

After 2 weeks of looking within and being open and receptive the little pixie still had not found happiness.

Despite having more money than he could imagine, happiness could not be found.

The End

Let it be known that even money cannot buy you happiness if you do not truly understand the nature of reality.

The Unconditional Love Bug

Last month the Love Bug (pronounced Lurve) came to make its acquaintance. Today the Unconditional Love Bug has decided to share some unconditional wisdom with us.

While many a man and many a woman invest time and energy in the search for love. There is a resonance of unity that surprisingly few encounter.

Love is always in the air, love is actually everywhere. Unconditional love is a slightly more elusive find. The Unconditional Love Bug is much bigger and even stronger that the ordinary Love Bug. The Unconditional Love Bug is not an emotion, it is actually a force of nature.

The Unconditional Love Bug gets its power from its simplicity, for it knows only love, it holds onto nothing else, it values nothing else. Through its simplicity it creates the space for acceptance, it resonates forgiveness and it has the power to empower.

No matter what the circumstances, no matter how good, no matter how bad things get, the Unconditional Love Bug is always by your side.

The little something of unknowingness

Hidden within the realms of creativity can be found a multitude of interesting characters.

I have been sitting for 24 hours wondering who this little blue guy is. He even slept on my bedside table, but, like an uncrackable code, I could not get access to the wisdom he has to share.

I do not even know who he is... no clue where he is from...

Any ideas?

My better half says he looks like he eats flowers, but this is yet to be confirmed.

Little Custodians

For thousands and thousands of years the custodians of planet earth lived in harmony with mother nature. She provided their food and she gave them shelter. In return the custodians carried the knowledge of her sacred beauty. The custodians carried this wisdom in their hearts and passed it on to their children and their grandchildren.

Every person, young and old, carried an innate understanding of their role in the web of life.

The sacred nature of existence was recognized by all.

Today 2 little friends have decided to visit and share some of their wisdom. They have come to let us know that change is in the air. They have come to let us know that the waiting is over.

Humanity is awakening and we are starting to remember our sacred roots. Little human beings everywhere are waking up to the light within and the memory in their hearts.

Our planet is awakening and as her custodians it is our duty to help her maintain life's fragile balance.

As we reintegrate ourselves into the web of life we will find that a new destiny awaits us and our planet...

The Little Sage Mind Altering Interview

This morning our special guest for the Sunday Interview on the ever popular Little Human Being Blog is:

The Little Sage

Little Human Being - LHB: Good morning great white bearded sage and welcome to the LHB studios.

The Little Sage - TLS: Good morning.

LHB: I am sure everybody wants to know how you became a Great Sage?

TLS: I am simply an old man who has dedicated his life to uncovering the truth within. No more, no less.

LHB: Do you have any advise for all the aspiring sages and wise men out there?

TLS:   I have noticed that all the great souls of the past have one thing in common, they all dedicated their lives to the service of humanity.

LHB:That sounds like rather hard work, wouldn't life be a lot easier if people just stayed home and watched television?

TLS: I think it may.

LHB: Moving on. Everybody is talking about your short story The Little Sage and the hole in the whole of the world. Please share some details with us.

TLS: Mine is a story about a Great Sage, white bearded with wisdom who notices that something is amiss in the world. The great sage then leaves his mountain retreat in pursuit of a solution.

LHB: Does the Great Sage end world hunger, ensure world peace and reverse global warming without breaking a sweat?

TLS: Unfortunately not.

LHB:  Does he break a sweat?

TLS: Yes.

LHB: Does he solve any of these problems?

TLS: Not one...

LHB: What is the use of greatness if you cannot use it to improve the world we live in?

TLS: That is a very good question. I took that same question, followed it to its essence and found that a human being does not have to wait for greatness before they start on the journey of service.

LHB:  But isn't it much easier for great human beings to change the world?

TLS:  I believe that all human beings are great. We all have the same capacity to heal, the same capacity to bring love and light into this world.

LHB: So, of all the problems facing humanity which do you feel is the problem that most needs to be addressed?

TLS: Us human beings.

LHB: I don't think you understand. Which problem should we solve first? You know, we can save the fish, solve the energy crisis, house the poor or cool the planet down. There are millions of problems out there.

TLS: You may see many small problems, but I see only one big problem and when addressed all the little problems will solve themselves.

LHB:  Only one?

TLS: After years meditating on the subject in my mountain cave I have found the source of all our problems. There is a hole in the whole of the world. This hole resides in the heart of mankind. If we heal the hole inside humanity, we heal the hole in the world and balance will be restored to the universe.

LHB: Wow, how do we do that?

TLS: It seems people have forgotten that they are actually human beings. Human beings are the most special beings in existence. Humans carry the essence of love into creation. Humans beings are the custodians of choice, integrity, forgiveness, peace and honour. Our true nature is sacred, but it seems the people of the planet have forgotten this.

LHB: All we need to do is remember our true nature and balance will be restored to our world? Why not just run a few ads on TV after the news,  I can see it now (Big arm gestures) "WE ARE SPECIAL"

TLS: Great idea, but it doesn't work quite like that. Truth needs to awaken from within a being. The fountain of love springs forth from the heart.

LHB: So, how do we get other people to awaken to this understanding?

TLS: This is where it gets really simple. You don't. You don't get other people to love or to care or to awaken. All you have to do is get your-Self to awaken. Find the love, find the peace, the balance and harmony with yourself.

LHB: To save the world I must save myself? To balance the solar system I balance myself? To bring harmony to the universe I need only find the harmony within myself?

TLS: (smile)

LHB: (smile)

TLS: (smile)

LHB: Great Sage it was great chatting to you today, we look forward to the release of your story The Little Sage and the hole in the whole of the world and hope to see more of you on Little Human Being.

TLS: Thank you

Join us next week Sunday for another mind altering interview.

Friday's Monsterous Encounter - The Little Greed Monster

The 3 eyed monster of GREED.

Whenever you encounter any monster you would do well to always keep it in front of you. Take time to look. Take time to analyze. Never drop your guard!

The three eyed greed monster has 3 versatile stalked eyes which are always on the lookout for more stuff, 2 short cumbersome legs and 1 large mouth which is open and ready to devour more, more, more...

Despite his rather attractive purple colour you are advised to keep a safe distance from the 3 eyed greed monster.

Greed lacks imagination. Greed lacks trust. Greed feeds on the concepts of lack and scarcity. Please let it be known that most of the world's lack, need, greed and scarcity comes from a mentally generated concept proliferated by economists and advertising agencies.

Your main defense against the 3 eyed greed monster is an integrated understanding of the abundant nature of the universe.

Abundance is everywhere. Abundance starts within, not in your mind, but in your heart.

Find the abundance in your heart, let it grow, and then let it overflow into your life...

With the truth at your side no little monster stands a chance.

Earth - Our Treasure

To some, Earth is big planet.

To others she is a delicate little being.

No matter what your perspective, remember that she is your home.
After thousands of years of existence we have yet to find another planet like her.
She is the only one and she belongs to you.
People value diamonds. There are billions of them available in shops in almost every town in every country.
People value gold. Tons of gold is mined every year. Any person can walk into a shop and buy gold.
But when it comes to our little planet, there is only one.
True treasure is already yours…

The Spiral of Existence

Before the universe unleashed its BANG, the spiral of existence began its flow.

Like a river, the spiral of existence carries all life, the spiral of existence carries all in manifestation from its creation until it is called to return to its source.

Unlike rainbows that occasionally manifest across the sky, the spiral of existence is ever present yet never seen.

Few remember and even fewer recognize the spiral of existence, but if you take the time you can uncover its magic in your heart today.

The Little Dreamcatcher Story

One day in a land far far and away a little girl was walking across a field. The sun filled the sky and green hills rolled out in every direction.

Out the corner of her eye the little girl noticed a strange little purple thing waddling in the distance. It was furry and it had wings.

She cautiously approached until she could hear the thing singing. Only one furry winged entity can hold a tune - a dream. The little girl's mind started racing. She knew that dreams find their way across space and time when their dreamer is ready. She knew that dreams are not easy to catch, some people spend years chasing their dreams.

"What shall I do?"

There are 2 types of dreams. You get sleep-dreams and you get life-dreams. Sleep-dreams run through your mind every night, but this was a life-dream. Life-dreams are very powerful. Life-dreams carry with them hope and aspiration. A well initiated life-dream can change the destiny of its dreamer. A life-dream with the right intention and passion can change the destiny of mankind.

The little girl knew that this was no night-dream that she had encountered, but decided to use the old pretending to be asleep trick to catch it. She gathered a few stones, put them in her dress pocket, lay down in the soft grass and pretended to fall fast asleep.

It took a while, but the dream approached. When it was just a few steps away the little girl jumped. Simultaneously the dream turned and ran. The little girl set out after her dream.

They ran across the field. They ran up the hills, they ran down the hills. Every time the dream tried to take to the air the little girl would take one of those stones out of her pocket and throw the dream out of the sky.

They ran on and on and on, but the dream was always one step ahead of her. She had no more stones and tired legs, but just when the little girl was about to give up they ran past a nice long stick (I think it was an old broomstick). This was exactly what the little girl needed. She picked up the stick and with a big smile she chased on. Patiently she waited for the right moment. As the dream tried one last time to fly away the little girl used the stick and whacked that dream out of the sky like a baseball player hits a home run.

The dream flew, the dream fell.

With a big smile the little girl picked up her dream and put it in her pocket.

THE END

Dreams are everywhere. You will notice that children chase then every single day.
Some dreams are cute and fluffy, but there are others that demand endurance, perseverance and sometimes a large stick.
Once you have your dream remember that nobody can take it away from you.

Find your dream, make it yours and then share it with the world.
