Magic is Everywhere - Seasons

Warning: Regular visits to the Little Human Being Blog may open your mind and permanently alter limited perceptions of reality.

Did you know that some people think that our little planet has only four seasons in a solar year?

Did you know that there are those who think that summer happens only once a year?

Did you know that there are others who think that winter only comes around once a year?

As usual the truth is always far more amazing than than the limited perceptions of the mind.

The truth is that each season happens twice a year on planet earth. The truth is that winter, summer, autumn and spring each happen once in the northern hemisphere and in the same year at a different time can be found in the southern hemisphere.

One planet, eight seasons - every year

Shooting stars

Did you know that every single night dozens of shooting stars explode their way across the night sky?
Some are small, some are large, and some even make their way onto our little planet.

Did you know that shooting stars are not reserved only for night time. Yes, right now as you sit looking at the little flashing lights that make up the monitor before you a shooting star may be flying through the sky above you.

Just because you cannot see a shooting star right now does not mean that it isn't there.

Magic is Everywhere

Did you know that mushrooms are magical?

When we see a mushroom we think it is like a little plant with a cap. The mushroom you see above ground is actually the fruit of a special life form that can grow for kilometers below the ground.

Mushroom spores have such a high electron density that they can survive in outer space - yes, little mushrooms that everyone likes to eat can populate intergalactically.

Yes, Magic is everywhere

Magic is Everywhere

Did you know that there are still people on this planet who think that the sun only rises in the morning?
Did you know that there are still human beings who believe that sunsets are reserved for evenings?

Well, for those who have forgotten the miracle of our existence, a little magician has come to remind all that the sun sets every second of every day somewhere on this little planet of ours. To make things even more amazing... the sun is also rising somewhere on our little planet at the very same time.

Yes, its true...
The sun rises and sets simultaneously every second of every day.

Magic is everywhere...
